Looking for a 12v 'micro ups' circuit to last 1-2s at 2A

I have a dash camera in my GM flavored car, and it turns out that GM has a strange 'feature' where if the driver or passenger door is opened, the power to the lighter/usb sockets is cut for a brief time - around a second.
See: https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/12v-outlet-power-cycle-when-drivers-door-is-opened.128924/

The result is that any equipment attached is reset. I have a fuse tap on this circuit and I would like to put in a UPS equivalent that would allow me to keep providing power for that small duration.

There are some 12v batteries on the market, but those have very large batteries and would ultimately keep the thing running for far too long after the car is turned off. (Eg: https://www.amazon.com/TalentCell-Rechargeable-11000mAh-14500mAh-26400mAh/dp/B016BJCRUO/)

Ideally I am looking for the most compact 12v circuit to avoid this "brownout".

Any suggestions?

A super capacitor such as this 1.6F, 16V unit should work.
Its voltage will drop about 2.5V when suppling 2A for 2 seconds, which should be sufficient to keep the camera activated.
