hi,

I have about 100 mps8093 transistors and I can't find my datasheet I downloaded when I bought them. I also cannot find the datasheet online anymore unless I pay $100 for a subscription which I can't afford. Does anyone have one I can get from them? email or paper copy would be fine...

Also I have a large supply of TIS97 NPN transistors to play with and would really appreciate if someone could suggest a good compliment for a matching PNP transistor. The TIS97 is rated as Vceo & Vcbo = 40V, Vebo= 6V, Ic = 500mA, & Hfe=250 min to 700 max

Thanks!

Hi mtman

datasheet archive gave this.....

MPS8093
Si PNP Lo-Pwr BJT
Various

V(BR)CEO (V)=40
V(BR)CBO (V)=40
I(C) Abs.(A) Collector Current=200m
Absolute Max. Power Diss. (W)=625m
I(CBO) Max. (A)=100n
@V(CBO) (V) (Test Condition)=20
V(CE)sat Max.(V)=.25
@I(C) (A) (Test Condition)=50m
@I(B) (A) (Test Condition)=5.0m
h(FE) Min. Static Current Gain=100
h(FE) Max. Current gain.=300
@I(C) (A) (Test Condition)=50m
@V(CE) (V) (Test Condition)=2.0

it looks a pretty reasonable PNP match for your other NPN device :)

cheers
Dave

There's a sticky thread in this section which gives you instructions describing how to find datasheets on the net.

For future reference :) In this case, I found the first hit on Google was all I needed.

The second question is not so easily answered but it looks like davenn has also given you the answer to that.
