I got this 30 amp battery charger as just a bare PCB, a discontinued spare part , I just built the enclosure and heatsinks for it, which I involved quite a lot of work, of course it now doesn't work and unless someone can help me out its going to be a total fail and be scrapped.

can anyone save my bacon please ?

More information is needed please.
A bare PCB?
Did you populate the PCB with the components?
maybe you acquired a 30 amp battery charger without an enclosure?
Does this discontinued spare part
Have a manufacturer named to go with it?
The transistor mounted on the heat sink are they electrically isolated? With thermally conductive pads?
If you're located in Canada there's no way I can fix your Canadian bacon!
Yuck!!
Are you a machinist?
The entire enclosure should be the heat sink. That's some serious work.

Look to me like fully insulated tab type, no requirement for further insulation.

More detail required on "doesn't work ".
Does anything show any sign of life???
What supply are you running it from and what is it designed for?
Are you using any load in your "test"..?

I got it as a new brand new spare pcb with no enclosure
I made no modifications to it
I attatched large heatsinks to the transitors with electrically isolating heat proof silicone sheet
There is power to the PCB and a humming sound but no vollage on the output cables and no screen function.
I am in the UK

Sow us a better view of the whole board. Why is there an isolated red cable floating around?
