If your parcel is not delivered they won't do anything. I had some stuff get delivered, and *someone* signed for it -- I believe it was delivered to the wrong address.
Australia Post won't investigate (even though the *know* what address they delivered it to) until the sender requests the post office at their end start an investigation. Sure Electronics could not be bothered to do this -- why? they had my money.
So I've lost 1 order from them. Most of the time they're cheap enough that it doesn't matter (economically) if you lose the odd order, but their attitude sucked and I now would use them only as a last resort.
But yeah, I got a clone programmer from them in the order before the one that went missing. It looks almost like an original.
