Plate amplifier issues

Greetings, I have a PSB sub amplifier I've been keeping going through the years. I've changed the transformer, replaced a few parts here and there, but now have a problem I've never encountered before.
There is no audio output from the signal anymore. If I turn up the volume knob, it starts buzzing they the speaker in a repeating sawtooth wave kind of sound and increases frequency as the gain increases.
I already tried a new transformer as it looked like one of the windings was bad, but this isn't a transformer issue in my experience. I'm wondering what might need replacing?

I'll have to take a closer look at the caps.
I'm wondering if it might be in the power circuit or signal circuit?
Unfortunately there are no obvious bulges on the capacitors I can see, I'll have to take each board off anyway.

Schematic?
Unfortunately I don't have one yet, it usually takes a while to get schematics from lenbrook. I'm just thinking due to the power LED also dimming, and the connection to the gain pot that it could be one of the power caps? I just opened it up again and removed some coverings, looks like it is a power cap.
