Quality Factor. MIL-HDBK-217F.

Hello. Where I can find the parametr "Quality factor", which describes in MIL-HDBK-217F? I cant find any information about this in datasheets of the components.

"The MIL-217 standard provides tables for the component groups (same groups as the Parts Stress analysis) listing generic failure rates and quality factors for the different MIL-217 environments."
It seems that a qualitry factor is usually not provided for commercial components.

The datasheet typically does not contain any reliability data. Many manufacturers provide separate reliability data for their components on their websites. If a quality factor ios provided at all, then in the reliability data, not the datasheet.
