Hello,

New to the forum, I am seeking guidance or help in fixing my board. The monitor port does not work, and the left channel output port also has intermittent issues with the audio cutting out.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to EP.
As a first measure you'll want to visually inspect the soldering joints of the ports, re-solder them if required. Connectors are often mechanically stressed and solder joints can fail due to this stress.

Make sure you are not using a passive mixer with a passive speaker.

Ok. It’s a powered mixer which usually drives passive monitors.

seems to be either or.
his symptoms don't make a lot of sense.
Line out sounds like its dead but that signal is present internally to drive the left active channel till it pukes.
I'd crack it open for academic pursuit and perhaps Frankenstein potential while seeking a replacement / upgrade. Given the nature of Behringer build methods, the end result may be a bit too sketchy to trust for gigs.

Agree with then gigs comment. Never gig with iffy equipment and always have redundant equipment you can turn to if there are issues.

No matter how good you are, you come off as unprofessional if you have technical problems during a gig.
