Do anybody know multi touch screen manufacturer or company, who can buid custom multi touch screen display of this shape (the coloured section on this picture is this display)? I'm searching where to order this, creating a prototype for new musical instrument.

I will ask all of them. Because this multi touch screen display will be used as a fingerboard and must have a many special characteristics, shaped (as you can see in the picture, it is not rectangle or square ), velocity sensitive, with 8-10 touch points and other.
