SOP14 to DIL14

Does anyone make a small pcb on which a SOP14 package can be soldered and have external terminations which can be either be plugged into a normal Veroboard rail or DIL IC socket? I can only get a SOP14 package and it is replacing a DIL14 pin IC.

Soldering those tiny mothers can be a REAL challange.
Use plenty of flux if using an iron and use flood soldering with cleanup vis wick later.
.....or solder paste and a heat gun.

In future I'll be buying the chip already mounted on an adaptor pcb.

Thanks, that's just what I needed! I will give them a shot, just have to turn up the voltage on my glasses to see what I'm doing!

I can see what I need to, no problem there.
It's getting the hand to stop shaking as the iron nears the job that is the problem. That plus the chip sticks to the iron and then falls onto the floor, never to be seen again. (unless one can see fly shit from 200mm that is)

You can use SOIC to DIP Adapters. These are commonly available and serve the purpose of converting a SOIC/SOP package to a DIP format.
