Wall wart readings

I am presuming the Wall wart is.bad... it's a 7.5vdc 1800ma but meters at 0.00vdc. with a 22ohm load it reads 1700ma, bot only 1 volt. Does that mean it's time for the junk pile?

Analog/linear or switching ? Repeat your tests ? What is its open circuit voltage ?

One vote for junk. Or cut it open and repair (if its not potted).
