How to choose the thickness of stencil

Stencil thickness of 0.1mm, 0.12mm, 0.15mm, 0.18mm, 0.20mm can be set. The thickness not affect the price . If you do not know the thickness of the stencil, you can tell us your production requirements, we will provide the appropriate advice for you reference.

Project

Stencil thickness should meet the minimum spacing QFP, BGA , taking into account the smallest chip components.

QFP pitch≤0.5MM , stencil thickness 0.12mm;

QFP pitch>0.5MM, stencil thickness 0.15mm-0.18mm ;

BGA pitch>1.0mm , stencil thickness 0.15mm ,

0.5mm≤BGA pitch≤1.0mm, Stencil shim thickness 0.12mm .
