Could someone suggest me good materials to check out so that I could better understand this circuit

Where did you get that schematic from? Look on that website for more details. Without part numbers it will be difficult to help, to say the least.

Can you suggest some materials that I could read to understand the rx and tx of wifi more? So I could understand what each component is for

Because of the lack of detail on the diagram provided, the most we could do is give generic about the components.
I see lots of inductors and capacitors. Mostly along the signal path which could be for filtering and conditioning the signal, as well as decoupling any DC offset that may exist. There also appears to be a transformer used on the Rx side, but I can't give much detail on that.
