Analysis of a Power Circuit

Hello Guys,

Can you please tell me what would the voltages at Point A and B would be? Also explaining how this circuit works will be very much appreciated.

Between A and B you have a Zener diode, that sets that V.

R3 sets Zener current.

Rest of circuit a FW rectifier fed by line and a filter cap on its output.

Suspicious C2 D2 connection not complete as drawn. Should be more like :\
