As far as I know you can't.
You can only replace the CFL.

Be aware that CFLs operate on high voltage. This is dangerous. As you obviously do not yet have the required experience I recommend you get expert assistance or supervision from someone near you. Otherwise you run a risk of being hurt or inflicting damage to others.
