You need to provide more information on what you are
trying to do, and what the "micro" can do. Usually there
is some other hardware involved, such as a sound card.
If you have a microprocessor with a built-in DAC, you can
just increase the sample rate directly. Separate hardware
may or may not allow you to change the rate, and if it does
allow rate changes, there may be only a few specific rates
possible.
If you are trying to change the output speed without
changing the pitch, that is a much more involved project.
