Designing of USB interfacing board for FTP-628 FPC thermal printer

How to design Interface board FTP-628 FPC thermal printer using ARM MCU. I want to interface with FTP-628MCL103 with development board. Is their any tutorial for do this interfacing task.

According to that datasheet there is an interface board and cable available for a USB interface.
