Is there a free disassembler for the ST7 mcu?

Cosmic offers a FLITE2 demo board for low cost
with a ICC Interface. As far as I know, this package
contains a macro assembler, C compiler and ZAP debugger
for HLL and asm single step (and disassembly).

Otherwhile take a look to the STVD (ST visual debugger)
what is GNU based but probably you always need some
emulator hardware to interface the chip. That seems the
ICC of Flite 2 is the cheapest method connecting a ST7
to the PC without investing 10.000$ for emulator.
