I've got a pretty random call from a woman who lives in an apartment looking
for a type escape ladder... she is looking for atleast a 20 foot ladder that
is more of a rollup type ladder so that if a fire occurs and she can't get
out the front enterance, she can unravel the ladder and get out her 3rd
story window.. has anyone ever heard of such a thing and if so where can
she get one?
