Help request: Project measuring the absorbed current

Hi everyone,

I want to make a current measurement system using a hall effect sensor (Lem LA 55-P) an rms-DC converter (AD736) and the arduino uno board. Can someone help me with an electrical diagram, show me how I could connect all the components together?

Best try Google Arduino completed projects.
Arduino forum will help with your design "problems" but will not (for obvious reasons) get into actual design or code writing.

You'll need to be a bit more specific on whether AC or DC (assume former) and the loads current you expect to monitor.
As a note, there are lready very good AC or DC hall effect style tong meters on the market for reasonable cost, perhaps even for less than the parts you may need.

This is a nit, but you can't "absorb" current, it just flows through the device.
