how to design an UHF active bandpass filter

I would like to build a circuit of UHF bandpass filter using JFET and not BJT. The desired frequency range is from 200MHz to 500 MHz. RC application is preferable. Can give me some sample circuit? I have tested a few circuits but it doesnt meet the required frequency range. Please do me a favour and give ur precious opinion here. Thanks a lot....
