Hi ,
Iam a beginner in electronics ,but did lot of DIY and troubleshooting in electronics with the help of internet and technical persons.
My JBL Xtreme 3 portable speaker works well with the original 20V power supply adaptor when plugged in(works well directly from the powersupply even battery is empty), but the battery is not charging with the 20v supplied charger. If I plugin to 5V mobile charger the battery is charging. After charging there is no issue in working with the battery supply until the battery die. With the 20V charger ,charging indicator is blinking but not moving on to the next charge level indicator( remains in the same charge level indication).I have attached circuit diagram for the charging circuit. Kindly help me to troubleshoot the circuit.
The speaker functions well, works as reverse charging power Bank and everything is fine except charging with 20 v USB pd charger.( Charger is okay and delivering 20 v)

Welcome to Maker Pro. :) Haven't looked at the schemo yet.
Have you ruled out:
(1)Bad, faulty USB cable
and or charging adapter?

(2) Dirty charging port?

(3) Bad or faulty battery?

(4)The vertical LED strip is the speaker’s battery/charging indicator. It will glow white when you connect the charger to the USB-C port.
Does it glow white?
Factory reset! An oldie but goodie....

Is that a 20 volt 3 amp charger? Anything less than three amps will not work...

even kept in charge for long time with 20V charger.
What's your definition of a long time?
I think it could take as much as 3 hours to charge the battery. That schematic you provided. A link to it's source please...

Iam attaching the service manual which has all schematics and also the charger specification.
