King Kong massage chair

My king Kong massage chair suddenly stopped working. I tried changing the fuse but it is still not working. I'm not sure what to do with this huge heavy chair. Any suggestions on how I can get this fixed?

Apparently, the owners manual is here but requires registration.
It came from this site that says it is a safe site.
But it seems if you come out of the site, you are left with a download link. So perhaps no registration needed?

We have a King Kong Model 5560 Air Massage Chair [serial # KK1053330], about 19 years old. The chair is not been used often, but when family/kid visit, they have manip[ulated the remote, which might have contributed to the malfunction. The chair was moved for rug cleaning, which also could have caused the error (Er) on the remote panel. The remote controller works in vibration mode, the remote led buttons function, but the chair feature selected do not activate. Based in the messages [questions/answers found on your website, i believe the TORODAL STEP DOWN TRANSFORMER [TSDT] needs to be replace. We do not have a owners manual for our chair, and need a repair technician to install a new TSDT. Can you recommend/provide the name/phone/email address of a repair technician in our area [Torrance, CA - in Los Angeles County or Orange County] that I can contact to arrange for a home visit and install a new TSDT?
