Need a Simple On and Off circuit

Hello all

I need a circuit to turn on a ATX power supply
using a momentary switch, And then turn it off
again. any help would be appreciated

Why not just use a toggle switch across the power control pins?
Or a toggling relay, controlled by a momentary switch.

Toggling relay or RS flip-flop driving a relay.
