Can anyone suggest a supplier for this A/D converter. I'm in Brisbane and so
far have drawn a blank using the phone book. RS might be the go but I'd
appreciate your thoughts first.

I've just had a scrounge through som brand new surplus boards
and have some chips - how many do you need ?
They are ADC0808CCN's

Thanks Giles, I need one and a spare would be handy.
I did get on to National and requested a couple of samples. They say it will
take a couple of weeks from Singapore.
I do appreciate your offer and if National don't come good maybe we could
talk again.
