Hi Guys
I have made some progress.
1. Located an even more powerful and compact LED. This is frame same manufacturer LZ1-10UV00-0000 and is a
newly released led 365nm which generates more power than the earlier model with 4 LEDs. It is available on an MCPCB.

Look at LZ1-10UV00 with the MCPCB
I have ordered two from Mouser inc
2. I have found an off the shelf LED driver that is ideal for the job manufacturered by Lumotech:
http://www.lumotech.com/en/l05016i-1-20va-2-channel-1-10v.html. These are available in stock from RS components and I have ordered one.
3. Now making drawings to turn a suitable heatsink and engineer some fins to mount the MCPCB onto the CNC.
Looks as though am well on the way to cracking this one. According to the specs it should set the adhesive in milliseconds.
Thanks so much for all the encouragement. I will report back as soon as I have done some testing and will post photos.
