Look these two pages carefully the numbers.Yes they're the same. Can you imagine all the different manufacturers out there sometimes they even put their own number on it... And let me go back and get you that data sheet .
I don't recognize 90% of the manufacturers on those two pages. wow!

It's the wild west now.they did a generation ago. You and me are literally standing on the shoulders of giants. I think that datasheet from NEC might have been a little bit too big. There you go buddy you can try digi-key Mauser things like that, if you in the United States. You got to get used to finding components and where to buy them it's actually kind of fun. I'm on the back end of 20 years old this is all going to be gone by the time I get my sheepskins in multiple scientific disciplines . electronics is just fun.

If you had a component tester ($20) you could simply clip it in, check parameters and select from possibly a gazillion replacement possibilities.
