Why are they divisible please give reasons..
these are not home works by the way..I got stuck on understanding these..SO I wish You all (respected member) might help

Any two numbers are divisible, unless the divisor is zero.

The answer to your question depends on what your instructor meant in that question. If you can give me some more context then I may be able to give you more hints.

I am very sorry ....It was given that all number are in 2's complement representation!

AHA! 2's complement -- that makes all the difference.

I would suggest you convert them to decimal (change their signs first, that will make it easy)
