"Portable" system to output power from solar to a notebook

You're going to need a controller.




And here is an inverter
What is missing in the photo that particular inverter is from 12 to 24 volt input so your car battery will work with this unit. Or anything similar. Power will be derived from the 12 volt battery to the inverter and your photovoltaic panel will charge the battery via controller in your vehicle but that could be a problem .

Okay it's done I forgot it what laptop who said anything about a laptop. You still going to need a controller and the inverter and your choice of solar panel try to get a solar panel as big as you can that you can stuff in your vehicle it could all be done with 12 volts but you're going to need your car battery to do it!
