Hi I am looking for the software for this panel so i can upload and download the programming data so i can backup all these panels i have in the field but i cannot find anybody that has the software, i am also needing the PCI cable that connects to the alarm panel and the computer, I know that the software was call PC-3K and the PCI Cable is a DB9 to IDC 10 pin.
I found a copy of the software but it had been edited to not allow upload download to the fire alarm panel.
Is there anybody out there that might possibly have or be able to get a functional copy of the software and a diagram for the pinout of the programming PCI Cable.
Safetech sold out years ago to WSA Annunciators and then they went out of business.
Overseas they make a Classic 2000 MKII Fire alarm panel by Zetaalarmsystems that uses the same software and cable and that is where i found a copy of the software that had been edited, i have tried contacting them but have not had any luck with getting any returned emails.
