No, your TV has only Audio Line Out. That cannot drive any speaker unless it's an "AmpliSpeaker"- speakers with built in amplifiers.
A photo of a bunch of wires conveys no information. Where are those wires coming from?

From a set of 5 speakers.

Could be worse. many just accept onboard audio
