Toshiba T2333

I am looking for a datasheet for a Toshiba T2333. This is a nine pin single inline package,used in automotive and small engine ignition systems manufactured by Denso.
I can get the IC s but cannot find the datasheet , anyone with an inside connection with Toshiba?? or any other source!!

are you sure thats the correct code ?
the only T2333 listed everywhere is relating to a multi LED package

Toshiba commonly have 2 or 3 letter prefix TA TAA TBA etc etc
just have another check

Yes I am sure it is the correct number. I have ordered the Toshiba T2333 and have them but no datasheet. Member Bunky has a photo on one of his post. Was it a special IC made for Denso? A lot of distributors have this chip but as you say, their datasheed is for a led, which is incorrect.

Yes thats quite possible. its a pretty common situation these days
and that being so its probably unlikely you would ever get a datasheet as they wont release it
