Underwater Acoustic Simulation Software

Dear all,

What are some good underwater acoustic simulation software? I will be using ultrasound as the carrier. The software must be able to create better underwater condition. For example, I must able to know the effect of Salinity, Temperature etc on the transmission. The software must also have good GUI. Help me in finding such an open source software.

I doubt such software exists, but what information are you hoping the software will give you that text-books can't?
Ultrasound is unlikely to be suitable for transmission beyond a few cm.
