I have voltage coming in but no DC voltage, checked all the caps and diodes are good. The mosfet reads as 2 resistors on my esr meter, any way I can be sure it is good? It is a smk0460. Or what to check?

One way is to use the diode test function mode to check a mosfet. Short all three leads together. Then take the black lead to source and red lead to drain. The Mosfet should be off and the meter shouldn't show any reading.
Now, briefly touch the red to the gate and back to the drain. This should forward bias the mosfet (turning it on) and your meter should show a slight voltage drop.

You might want to check the transformer windings for continuity also.
