Auriga TV PSU

Hi, I'm trying to repair an Auriga flat panel TV power supply. There is an 8 pin chip with its face blown off that I cant identify.

If anyone has a schematic for an Auriga IVG30, please help.

Alternatively, if someone has a power supply board from one of these TVs could you look at the chip for me and tell me what it is?

Chip is labelled as U3
