Designing a non-contact temperature sensor using a thermopile

Just bought a Dexter Research ST60R thermopile for a school project.
I need to know how to build a amplify circuit to detect a person
standing 5 - 10 feet away and the calculation for the circuit.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Thanks for everybodies help on this, I was able to get the thermopile
to work properly.
