Dewalt battery drill charger circuit

Dewalt charger DE9107-XE. 12 volt. Would anybody know where I might
get a circuit diagram for this. It has stopped working and the first
and most obvious fault is a resistor has blown the side out of itself.
According to it's markings it is a 0.11 ohm resistor (brown brown
silver gold) 1 watt going by it's physical size, which to me at least
doesn't make sense.

Correct me if I'm wrong but this should be DW9107 charger...

You may be able to take it back and get a new one for free.

I checked and my model is not the one recalled.
It is a DE9107-XE. It's about four years old.


Ken taylor asked if it was a fuse.
It certainly looks like a resistor to me
and it is not in a the circuit where I would
expect a fuse to be, also the unit has a glass
encapsulated fuse.
(which looks good but is open circuit)

power rating of the component.
