Hi Harald,
I have the same system with similar problem where Q107 and Q108 found short, I also found some tracks burnt and cold joints, repaired all, replaced some cooked resistors and some suspected capacitors, before installing installing Q107 & Q108 I tried testing by connecting the transformer output to the board to see if anything will burn or explode. Upon switch ON, relays clicked and in few seconds Q104 became very hot... I switched off, repeated few times with same result.
Based on the above posted schematic, Could this Q104 heating be due to Q107 & Q108 are not installed, or some other problem is there?
