high temperature hall sensor

Hi all!!

I need hall sensor with 200°C operating temp. i cud find max of 150°C..

will allegro, honeywell or anyother hall sensor producers customize it ?

pls let me know

Most semiconductors are rated only to 150C. Many are rated to lower temperatures. A few are rated to 175C. I've not seen any higher.

They probably will not do it. Above 150°C semiconductor physics becomes tricky and 200°C operation may simply be not possible.

Is that good idea to use heat insulator around 150°C hall sensor in the 200°C ambient temp?

Not if you can't actively cool the sensor to below 150 °C

Maybe you can use a rod of magnetically soft material to sense the field and bring it to the sensor loacted in a cooler environment ? Probably not very practical, though.
