ID this switch?

It's 8mm wide, momentary.

Any idea who makes it?

Its probably a one off design i have never seen one like it before, with the orifice to take a push button of some kind.

It could well be modding time and create the closest replacement from another tactile switch. Not much help i know but manufacturers often make up one offs for a product line.

It's made by http://www.e-switch.com I can't seem to find the 8mm version on their site, but admittedlyI didn't spend much time looking...

If you just need to replace it, it's a stock 'Asian' switch that many wholesalers out of China sell...

Yeah, I only found the 6mm version on their site, that is why I linked you to some Asian suppliers of the 8mm one...
