LED Lamp solar powered charger conversion

Hi I don't know if anyone can help me with this but I have a garden wall light which is powered by one 1200mAh Lithium Battery this battery is charged up by a solar panel which is plugged into the bottom if the light housing. What I need to know is instead of charging this with the solar panel could I charge it with a mobile phone type of charger. What I would like to do is use this light in my bathroom instead of the electric light because there is no window in my bathroom so the electric light is on and off all day and this runs my electric bill up quite a lot Any help will be greatly appreciated

Cost of running a single light is next to nothing compared to the rest of the house demand.

Aside from that, use a 5v plug pack and one of these lithium charge modules....... forget phone charger.
