Looking for Analog to PWM transducer

Hello All:

I need an industrial transducer that will receive analog ( 4-20mA or 0-10V) and output a PWM signal at 2kHz. 15 or 24Vdc power - NPN type output. I can not build this - I need a qualified product - UL etc.

Seems like something that would be common for heat or simple control but I am not having any luck finding such an animal.
