Need Help finding inductance in a RL circuit

This setup has different resistance measurements to solve Z I need to re arrange this equation ? R2*1/(Vin/Vout)

Total resistance is 22100 ohms

resistor 22000 ohms
Inductor is 100 ohms

could you show the details of the set-up.

[(R2)^2 +(XL1)^2]^0.5

100^2

Z=R2*1/(Vout/Vin)

R2 x 1 =100 = 100
Vout 0.7v/Vin 1.0 v = 0.7
Z= 100/ 0.7
Z = 142.8571429


0.7= [(R2)^2 +(XL1)^2]^0.5 / [(R1+R2)^2 +(XL1)^2]^0.5
solve for XL1


[ (R2)^2 + (XL1)^2 ]^0.5 / [ (R1 + R2)^2 + (XL1)^2]^0.5
[ (22000)^2 + (XL1)^2]^0.5 / [ (22000+100)^2 + (XL1)^2 ]^0.5
[ 484000000 ]^0.5 / [ (22100)^2 ]^0.5
[ 484000000 ]^0.5 / [ (488410000) ]^0.5
242000000 / 244205000

XL1^2 = 0.9909707008
XL1 = 0.9954751131

[ (R2)^2 + (XL1)^2 ]^0.5 / [ (R1 + R2)^2 + (XL1)^2]^0.5
[ (22000)^2 + (XL1)^2]^0.5 / [ (22000+100)^2 + (XL1)^2 ]^0.5
There is an error here: R2=100

thus the 2nd line should be:
[ (100)^2 + (XL1)^2]^0.5 / [ (22000+100)^2 + (XL1)^2 ]^0.5
