Receiver DENON AVR-4520CI without sound and heating the power outputs.

Receptor DENON AVR-4520CI sem som e aquecimento das saídas de energia.

As vezes o receiver funciona perfeitamente quando esquenta depois de 1 ou 2 horas de funcionamento, ao tocar no volume ele simplesmente aciona a proteção e não sai mais som.

Quando apresenta o defeito sem som, fica assim:
As funções de exibição funcionam perfeitamente, se você colocar um pendrive de MP3, poderá ver a hora da música e o nome, mas sem som e aquecimento.

Outro detalhe a saída do HDMI não funciona quando está apresentando o problema.

Verifiquei se a proteção está ativa, entrando no histórico pois seria para "PROTEÇÃO DC" mas não há aviso.

Verifiquei se as fontes estão normais. e não há CA na saída do alto-falante.

Alguma sugestão?

The volume does not increase.​

The maximum volume is set too low. Set the maximum volume using “Limit” on the menu. link
Appropriate volume correction processing is performed according to the input audio format and settings, so the volume may not reach the upper limit.

No sound comes out with the HDMI connection.​

Check the connection of the HDMI connectors. link
When outputting HDMI audio from the speakers, set “HDMI Audio Out” on the menu to “AVR”. To output from the TV, set “TV”. link
When using the HDMI Control function, check that the audio output is set to the AV amplifier on the TV. link

When an eARC function-compatible television is connected, television audio is not output from the speaker connected to this unit​

eARC function settings may be required depending on the eARC function-compatible television you are using. Make sure eARC is set to on if this setting exists on your television. For more information, check your television’s owner’s manual.
Make sure the input source of this unit is “TV Audio”.
The eARC function does not operate when the HDMI input connector is set to the “TV Audio” input source. To enable eARC function operation, remove the HDMI input connector setting, then restart this unit and the television. link

Sometimes the receiver works perfectly when it warms up after 1 or 2 hours of operation, when touching the volume it simply activates the protection and no more sound comes out.

When it presents the defect without sound, it looks like this:
Display functions work perfectly, if you put an MP3 stick, you can see the time of the song and the name, but without sound and heating.

Another detail the output of the HDMI does not work when it is presenting the problem.

I checked if the protection is active by going into the history as it would be for "DC PROTECTION" but there is no warning.

I checked if the fonts are normal. and there is no AC on the speaker output.

Any suggestion?
