I have an existing PV setup with a grid tie inverter.
I have been thinking about what possible improvements I can make to the system and I came across other people who have used super capacitors.
My system does not use batteries, so my question is:
Once I charge up the cap, and hook it up between the panels and inverter, what happens the next day when the cap is fully drained and then the sun comes out and hits the cap with full voltage?
Will this work or will the cap be damaged or possibly damage the panels/inverter?
