SY2768S Zenith Television Vertical Sizing Problem.

I Have a Zenith SY2768S Television. I am wondering what is involved
and can I repair/fix it. The "sizing" of the vertical of the picture
is too small. When I am watching programs, the bottom of the picture
is "cut-off". The picture is good/sharp still and if I can fix it
myself, I would like to. On the back, there does not appear to be a
panel or any knobs that I can turn to adjust anything. Is there any
option for me besides taking the television in for repair, or is this
problem a repairable problem???

Many similar problems are caused by bad or marginal capacitors in the
vertical section.
