I have some caps that I think are monolithic ceramic.
They read 471
C1K or CTK or C1X or CTX (nor sure...very small
printing)
I need to know the voltage rating of these 470pF caps...might it be
1000V? due to the 1K?

I wouldn't automatically assume that.
If it were written 471C / 1KV, I would tend to go with 1000V.
You could very well be right though, but in any case we are guessing.
If you know the manufacturer they will have charts telling you how to read
it.

Caps usually have three numbers followed by a letter. In your case,
471K, means 47 times 10^1 picofarads, with K noting the tolerance
rating. I believe J means 10% and K means 20%, but I am not positive.
The voltage rating is usually followed by a V, or a kV.
