FET Marked 8L:S2001
TSSOP-8 Weird Pinout??

This is from a Casio Casiopeia E-100 PDA
power supply circuit.

Been digging thru databooks and this one
has a pinout that's different from the
standard ones by IFR, Vishay, Intersil, Motorola.
Pins 2,3,6,7 are source
Pins 5,8 Drain
Pin 4 Gate.

Pins 5,8 Drain

And Pin 1 drain, too.

Fairchild and Toshiba make p-MOSFETs with this pinout.
