I have an old Video 8 camcorder where I have a cassette stuck inside.
I'm no able to get it out since the fuse is burnt and it has no power.
I opened it and found the power circuit, but I don't know where to solder the fuse.
Any help?
I attach a picture of it

You would remove the old fuse and replace that one (It's white and in the middle of the board marked ET 2.5A), if that is indeed the problem... Did you test the existing fuse?

Is that the fuse?

Thanks!
I was looking for either a metal wise or a glass tube. I actually thought that since I don't see any glass remains, it should have been a wire soldered to the board.
I will try to check the white box with a multimeter and if it is indeed burnt, replace it or just short it with a fuse wire.
