What is the forward bias for Stabistor diodes or Forward Reference Diode?
I get 1.2 volts for the forward bias
Any reason why the forward bias is 1.2 volts or much higher than .7 volts like most diodes?
What is the use of these Stabistor diodes? is it to clip and clamp the voltage?
