What is the name of the production technique for IC cover by melted plastic on PCB? You know that "black dot thing". I know its an IC but just don't know the name of that kind Packing.

Non-clicking buttons. Like buttons used on remote controls and microwave, those are just metal plate soldered on the PCB, since I can't find an actual "component" for seal, I assume those are made by the PCB manufacturers. Again, I don;t know what its called.

You mean the epoxy blobs?

"Chip on board" (COB) or "Direct Chip Attachment" (DCA)

See here.
